Delete your account and data

You can delete your AbriStitch account and all data linked to it at any time, free of charge.

In the app

1. Open AbriStitch.
2. On the “My kits” screen, tap the gear icon, “Settings”.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account and data”.
4. Confirm with “Delete”.

What is deleted

Your account, the progress and library kept on our server, the cloud copy and backup copy of your imported files, your import records, your discussion posts and every linked sign-in (Apple, Google, email).

What stays

Progress kept only on your device stays there until you uninstall the app. A file that is in our importer test collection is kept only under a checksum of its content, with no link to you; write to us and we delete it too.

Without the app

Write to art@abrisart.com from the address you signed in with (or quote the account ID from Settings), subject "Delete my AbriStitch account". We delete the account and confirm by email within one month.
